Delete your account

In the app

Open WOTRA and go to Settings.
Open Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm with Delete permanently.

Your account is deleted straight away, from our servers and from the device.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my WOTRA account". We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile: name, email, gender and profile photo.
Your training profile, workouts, templates, programmes and body weight entries.
Your sign-in sessions.

Copies in our database backups disappear within 14 days. We keep nothing else, except where the law requires us to keep a record of a purchase.

Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings, or you will keep being charged.

Guest mode

If you never signed in, your data exists only on your device. Deleting it in the app, or uninstalling the app, removes it.
