Terms of Use

Effective 29 October 2026

These terms apply to the WOTRA app and the services behind it, operated by Bedirhan Sarıçayır ("we"). By using WOTRA you agree to them.

Training safely

WOTRA is a logging and planning tool, not medical advice. Strength training carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.

Programmes and suggested loads are generated from what you tell the app. They cannot account for everything about you; adjust them to how you feel.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break into it, overload it, reverse engineer it, or use it to store anything unlawful or anyone else's data without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your training data is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our content

The app, its design and the exercise catalogue belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own training, not redistribute them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep WOTRA running and your data safe, but cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can export or keep your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, WOTRA is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from training. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use WOTRA after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are settled by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul. If you are a consumer, this does not take away your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live, or the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
